On all orders totalling Rs. 2,500 or above. Delivery charge is Rs. 0 — pay only the product price.
Orders below Rs. 2,500 incur a flat Rs. 250 courier charge added at checkout.
1. Delivery Fee Structure
We believe in transparent pricing. Your delivery charge is calculated automatically at checkout:
- Orders Rs. 2,500+: Delivery is completely FREE. You pay only the product amount.
- Orders below Rs. 2,500: A flat Rs. 250 courier fee applies. This is shown clearly in your cart and on the order PDF.
All payments are Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the rider at your door after inspection.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2 to 3 business days following order confirmation.
- Other Urban & Regional Districts: 3 to 5 business days.
- Remote Regions (Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Upper KPK, AJK): 4 to 6 business days.
Timeframes start after the owner confirms and dispatches your order (no dispatch without owner confirmation).
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Inspection
All parcels are shipped via trusted domestic courier partners (TCS, Trax, CallCourier, Leopards). We encourage you to inspect the exterior condition of the parcel with the delivery rider before completing your cash payment.
4. Protective Multi-Layer Packaging
Cookware, heavy karahis, and tempered glass lids are packaged with thick shock-absorbent bubble wrap, corner edge guards, and double-walled corrugated boxes to prevent transit damages.
5. Order Dispatch & Tracking
