Effective Date: October 2026 • Governing Al-Haram Kitchenware Orders
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or placing an order through Al-Haram Kitchenware, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our associated Shipping and Return policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or submit orders.
2. Orders & Order Confirmation
Submission of an order through our static checkout initiates an order conversation via WhatsApp. An order is deemed accepted only when our sales representative formally confirms stock allocation, price validity, and courier dispatch with the customer.
3. Pricing & Product Accuracy
We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product measurements, weights, capacities, and PKR prices. In the unlikely event of a typographical or catalog pricing error, Al-Haram Kitchenware reserves the right to notify the customer and cancel or adjust the unconfirmed order prior to dispatch.
4. Cash on Delivery Obligation
By submitting a Cash on Delivery order, you agree to receive the parcel at the designated delivery address and pay the exact invoice amount in Pakistani Rupees to the courier rider upon delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, product photography, trademarks, brand motifs, and design assets published on this website are the property of Al-Haram Kitchenware. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial reuse without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
